Where to drink Lancaster Brewery beer in Lancaster

The four core beers, the brewery's own Tap & Still, and Lancaster pubs with source-backed stockist notes.

Lancaster Brewery has been brewing in Lancaster since 2005. Four core cask beers — Blonde, Amber, Red, and Black — are brewed at their site on Lancaster Leisure Park using a 200-year-old yeast strain, whole hops, and water drawn from an artesian well 80 metres below the brewery. This page covers the four beers, the brewery's own Tap & Still taproom, and Lancaster pubs with source-backed Lancaster Brewery stockist notes. In-person tasting notes and sun tracking only appear after Phil's visit.

    About Lancaster Brewery

Lancaster Brewery is a regional brewery on Lancaster Leisure Park, founded in 2005. Four distinguishing technical practices set the brewing apart: a 200-year-old yeast strain that smooths hop bitterness, malt milled the same day it's brewed (most breweries mill weeks ahead), whole hops rather than pellets for the full hop flavour spectrum, and brewing water drawn from an artesian well 80 metres below the brewery. The flagship Lancaster Blonde is supplied to major national pub groups; the brewery also exports to the USA, Norway, Latvia, Italy, and China, and is stocked nationally in Asda, Booths, Waitrose, Morrisons, Coop, Tesco, and Majestic Wine. Full beer range, brewery tour booking, and brewing notes at lancasterbrewery.co.uk.
