    About Lancaster Brewery

Full Phil-voice write-up coming shortly. The verifiable brewing facts are below as a placeholder.

    • 200-year-old yeast strain — gives a mellow edge that smooths hop harshness.
    • Same-day milling — most breweries mill malt weeks ahead; Lancaster Brewery mills the day they brew.
    • Whole hops, not pellets — full hop flavour spectrum.
    • Artesian well water drawn from 80m below the brewery.

Lancaster Brewery is stocked nationally — Asda, Booths, Waitrose, Morrisons, Co-op, Tesco and Majestic Wine carry their bottles, and Lancaster Blonde is supplied to major pub co's across the UK. They also export to the USA, Norway, Latvia, Italy and China.
