For some matches, yes. In England and Wales, the government's extended licensing hours cover selected knockout-stage matches involving England or Scotland. Those games can run to 1am, or 2am for the later scheduled kickoffs.
Group games and awkward late kickoffs are not covered automatically, so opening times vary pub to pub. We'll flag which listed pubs are open late for each match once confirmed.

Some are, but the national licensing extension is limited. In England and Wales it covers selected knockout-stage matches involving England or Scotland, allowing opening until 1am or 2am depending on the scheduled kickoff. Outside those games, late opening is down to the individual pub.
